After 15 years in banking and 14 years in real estate - serving more than 1,500 families including 600 veterans - I've learned one truth: the biggest barrier to homeownership isn't affordability. It's understanding.

That foundation in banking taught me to read financial structures, identify risk, and spot terms that need negotiation. Combined with years in real estate, it gives me a view that most agents miss - the full financial picture.
