I'm a connector by nature. I believe that when people have the right information explained clearly - without jargon, in a way they can truly understand - they see possibilities they didn't know existed. Watching someone move from confusion to clarity, from doubt to confidence, from "I can't" to "I did it" - that brings me genuine joy.

Before founding Momentus Real Estate Group in 2024, I spent 15 years in banking in Canada and 14 years in real estate serving 1,500+ families.

That 15 years in banking? It taught me to read financial structures, understand risk, and spot terms that need negotiation. Combined with 14 years in real estate - including 600+ veteran families and 1,425+ new construction transactions - I see what most agents miss: the full financial picture.

I'd watched too many families walk away from homeownership. Not because they couldn't afford it, but because no one took the time to connect the dots for them. They were given information but not understanding. They were shown houses but not taught the process.
